[Nexus-developers] NeXus manual

The NeXus PDF manual has been progressing.
Some sections are still virtually empty.
Content for those sections is in
	http://trac.nexusformat.org/code/browser/trunk/doc

Should I add that material to the manual?
Such as:
	doc/api/napi.tex
	doc/api/NeXusIntern.tex
	doc/nxdict/NXdict.tex
	doc/tech_ref/*		<-- not current with NXDL

Some of this material is old or outdated.
