Web page updates

There have been some modest updates to the NeXus web pages, including some
simplified instrument descriptions and a separated installation section.
The latter is still rudimentary, but will be improved over time.  I have
heard privately from some people who have had trouble linking NAPI.C on
Linux machines (something to do with invalid pointer error messages during
compilation with gcc).  If you do encounter difficulties either with HDF
installation or the API compilation, please send a message to this mailing
list so that solutions can be found.  The worst result would be for people
not to try NeXus out because of some minor technical problems that the API
team could resolve.
