Access to Nexus Files From Visual BASIC

Hello,
We are currently using Nexus on 5 spectrometers
and I'm encouraging this data format in our physicist community.
I have to questions :
- Has somebody tried to access NeXus files from a Visual BASIC application ? 
I somebody did it , could he send me example (o real ) programs  to help 
modify data treatment legacy applications .

- Could somebody send me a real  Nexus File so that I can verify I use correctly 
the API in my acquisition programs
