[Nexus] NeXus Windows Install Kit

A NeXus install kit for Microsoft Windows is available from:
 
http://download.nexusformat.org/kits/windows/

The kit includes the standard NeXus applications as well as libraries
for building applications with both MinGW and Microsoft Visual Studio.
