[Nexus] Files lagrer tha 2GB

Just 2 things to check:
1. use a file system capable of handling large files (XFS, JFS are know 
to work)

2. try compiling  HDF+Nexus with
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE
