===================================================
NeXus International Advisory Committee Meeting 2014
===================================================

The next full meeting of the NeXus International Advisory Committee
(NIAC) will be held December 18-19, 2014 at The Advanced Photon Source,
Argonne National Laboratory, IL, USA (near Chicago).

For those interested, a NeXus Code Camp will be held December 15-17,
2014 also at the APS. The Code Camp immediately precedes the plenary
NIAC meeting.

See: http://wiki.nexusformat.org/NIAC2014

Breaking with tradition, this meeting is not being held in conjunction
and proximity with NOBUGS which is held in Japan in September.

Instructions to register (and other important details) for either or
both the Code Camp and the NIAC meeting are provided at
http://wiki.nexusformat.org/NIAC2014#Registration.

There is no fee for the registration. You are requested to arrange
your own lodging. The closest hotel is the Argonne Guest House
(http://www.anlgh.org), an easy walk from the APS.

Agendas for the NIAC (http://wiki.nexusformat.org/NIAC2014_Meeting) and
the Code Camp (http://wiki.nexusformat.org/NIAC2014_CodeCamp) are being
assembled on the NeXus wiki. Additions can be discussed in the
committee mailing list or on the wiki itself.

Every facility representative is invited to give us a couple of minutes
update on their facilities' current situation with regard to generating
and using NeXus format files.
