[Nexus] Targets for NAPI build

Hi folks,  
  to avoid doing unnecessary work I will ask you in advance which
targets should be built and installed for NAPI. My personal suggestions
would be 
.) library (shared + static)
.) header files
.) API documentation

However, there are some questions 
1.) which language bindings will be required?
2.) which tools you would like to have installed? 
3.) anything else?
