[Nexus] Code Camp 2015

Hi,

To add some confusion there is an existing page on the code camp: http://wiki.nexusformat.org/CodeCamp2015
that was generated with the thought in mind that this year’s meeting is a code camp not a NIAC meeting.

Would be good harmonising the two wiki pages, since they are linked to from different places.
If someone finds out how to set up redirects, that would be a good thing.
