[Nexus] Release 4.4.0 is done

Hi folks,
 as mentioned in my earlier mail I released version 4.4.0 of the NAPI
today. You can download the release tarball from

https://github.com/nexusformat/code/releases

I guess the site is rather self explaining. This release currently
supports bindings for

* C
* C++
* Fortran90 and Fortran77

However, no bindings to Java and Python are built by default.
The Python bindings are shipped in a separate repository

https://github.com/nexusformat/python-nxs

The Python bindings will be released within the next two weeks.
