Dear colleagues,

I find not serious the actions taken under:

https://github.com/nexpy/nexpy/issues/146

If we do that, it makes no sense to ask this or any other list about 
advice to do things in the most compatible manner.

As a reminder you have the whole discussion in 
http://lists.nexusformat.org/pipermail/nexus/2018/000985.html to see 
what we did to avoid to convert a string to an array of strings. Now 
someone writes (badly) or string attributes as arrays of strings and 
there is effort to support that instead of asking to solve the problems 
at the origin.
