[NeXus-committee] Reimbursements

Dear colleagues,
As you know, we promised to provide travel support for members of the NeXus
Advisory Committee to attend the forthcoming meeting at Cal Tech.  I have
just been informed by Oak Ridge National Lab, who are handling the
reimbursements, that they will provide checks to those who attend, either at
the meeting if your expenses are known in advance, or by mail afterwards.
We are offering up to $1500 for overseas attendees and up to $1000 for US
attendees. 

If you have not already done so, please make your own travel arrangements,
or contact the meeting secretary, Elizabeth Welsh <ewelsh at caltech.edu> for
assistance.  She has booked a number of rooms at the Sheraton in Pasadena
($99/night + taxes).  Please let her know if you want to reserve one of
them, and, if so, what your travel dates are.
