Peter,

As I told you on the phone, I regret that I find that I am unable to
devote the necessary time and thought to properly evaluate, discuss and
vote on all of the NeXus issues under consideration.  Therefore,
although I feel guilty about dropping out and leaving the work to
others, I think it is appropriate that I resign from the committee.

Please inform the committee members.
