To get reimbursements for the NIAC meeting at PSI you need to fill out
the form I sent you and send it with receipts to:

For those that drove cars the amount you can get for mileage is
$0.375/mile

Allowance for lodging is $115/night

Per diem is $101/day, with the first and last day only reimbursable for
3/4 of the amount ($75.75)
