[NeXus-committee] Welcome new member

Not five minutes ago the last vote on adding our latest member came in.
By unanimous decision Stuart Campbell is the newest member of the NIAC.
For those who don't already know, Stuart will be our second x-ray person
representing the Diamond light source being constructed at the
Rutherford Appleton Lab in the UK. Now if microsoft would learn to
capitalize the "X" in NeXus things would be even better...
