Hi,

Nicks' mail suggested that this is really urgent now. I have prepared an
abstract for ICNS with all the members of the NIAC as authors, using the
(outdated) list on the WWW. Thus we can still decide who is going to
give the presentation, with me volunteering to do it if no one else
volunteers.
If you have an comments about this procedure or the attached abstract,
please act NOW, otherwise I considers this alright and submit the
abstract before I leave for home.
