[NeXus-committee] Move of NeXus WIKI complete

The NeXus WIKI has now been moved to the new http://www.nexusformat.org/
web server i.e. this address is now the master copy and no longer a
proxy back to http://www.nexus.anl.gov/mediawiki/   Ray, can you check
all looks OK from your end and then put redirects onto the old WIKI site
to the new address. 

Please can everybody check and then use  www.nexusformat.org  for all
new edits ... your WIKI accounts will have been preserved, but you may
need to log in again to edit as your old browser cookies are probably
associated with the old site address. 

Additional features of the new wiki are
*	Pretty URLs i.e. http://www.nexusformat.org/Latest_News rather
than http://www.nexus.anl.gov/mediawiki/index.php?title=Latest_News 
*	MediaWiki updated from version 1.5 to 1.7
