NOBUGS 2008 will be held in the Rydges Hotel, Cronulla on 3-5 November
2008. 

I propose that the NIAC meeting be held 30-31 October. 

I offer these reasons:

The NIAC is often tiring. Having it before the NOBUGS, with a weekend to
recover, will produce a better result. 

The weekend will provide an opportunity for the minutes of the main and
breakout meetings to be compiled and agreed. Action items can be
instantiated. 

It will also provide the NOBUGS delegates with the latest updates on
NeXus with the chairman's "State of NeXus" talk.
