[NeXus-committee] Voting on proposals from NIAC 2008

A few matters from the NIAC 2008 meeting require a formal vote of NIAC
committee members to be ratified. The minutes for the meeting are at
http://www.nexusformat.org/images/b/b2/NIAC2008_minutes.pdf and the
following points require full votes: 

VOTE 1: Change constitution to allow for holding of smaller NeXus
officers meetings in non NOBUGS years. The is detailed under "Future
Meeting Format" in the minutes. 

VOTE 2: Additions to NXprocess (see minutes)

VOTE 3: NXevent_data to be renamed to NXtofevent_data

Please can you send me your vote (FOR, AGAINST, ABSTAIN) on the above
items by Midnight UTC Monday 22nd June.
