[NeXus-committee] VOTE: New Diamond NIAC representative

[Akeroyd, Freddie (STFC,RAL,ISIS)]

The Diamond Light Source have nominated Tobias Richter as their new
representative on the NIAC. As per the constitution existing NIAC
facility members must also vote on this nomination.

  PROPOSAL: That Tobias Richter be confirmed as NIAC representative for
the Diamond Light Source

Please can you send me your vote (YES / NO / ABSTAIN) by Monday 12th
October.
