[NeXus-committee] New Muon NeXus definition and base class proposals

A new version of the muon NeXus format
(http://www.nexusformat.org/Muon_Time_Differential) has been developed
by Steve Cottrell and will be discussed at the upcoming NIAC 2010
meeting (http://www.nexusformat.org/NIAC2010). This definition proposes
some new base classes and these have been additionally collected in a
separate document
http://www.nexusformat.org/images/3/3e/Elements_for_Muons.pdf (full NXDL
format definitions will be available prior to the NIAC meeting). If you
