[NeXus-committee] VOTE: FZJ and TUM NIAC representative

Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) and Technische Universität München (TUM) have nominated Joachim Wuttke as their representative on the NIAC.

As per the constitution this nomination must be confirmed by a vote of existing NIAC facility members.
