[NeXus-committee] DECTRIS example file

To help us out, I've created an example in the manual to show external
links.  If all the files are present in the same directory, reading of
the external_master.hdf5 file should be no different than if all the
data were in the same file.  See the documentation here:

Data files are available for download from links in the documentation
but are attached here for your convenience since they are very small.
