[NeXus-committee] ECM28 dates and CIF meeting, NIAC or Code Camp?

Dear all,

We are currently in the process of harmonising the relationship with CIF by making CBFlib NeXus aware.
There was was discussion about meeting with the CIF committee near the ECM 28 conference in Warwick.
If a number of people would travel to the UK anyway, there might be interest in holding a NeXus code camp or NIAC meeting.

So first the dates:

CIF Workshop
CIF file format development and dictionary construction 
Invitation only - but NeXus could send an observer

data management in crystallography (from experiment to publication and database archiving)
Sun 25 August 2013

Brian McMahon (IUCr) suggested:
"The hope was that we could arrange a meeting with NIAC folk at some point within that window (or possibly on the preceding day, the 22nd, if that works better)."

So to judge the interest in the above and and potential additions I have created a Doodle poll.

Please indicate which of the above options you would like to attend. 
For an additional NIAC meeting or Code Camp I have added the choices of having them:
 * before all these above 
 * in parallel (In case there is little interest in the ECM meeting or the CIF workshop)
 * after

By that I have created a form that is almost to difficult to fill in for me myself. Please try your best, once we can limit the choices it gets easier, I promise.
