[NeXus-committee] file_id attribute for NXroot

Hi Folks 
  I would suggest to add a file_id attribute to NXroot which could be
used as an unique identifier for a file. A first draft can be found on
the wiki 
http://wiki.nexusformat.org/File_id_attribute_for_Nexus_files

Let me know what you think about it. It would really help us with our
data management systems.
