[NeXus-committee] October round of membership renewals

Hi everyone,

Due to a workload and a nice holiday the results of the last vote were delayed.
So finally: both Joachim Wuttke and Ray Osborn have been unanimously confirmed as facility and non-facility representative respectively.

The term dates on the wiki have been updated: http://wiki.nexusformat.org/Membership_Dates

There is a new vote coming up shortly.

Despite me allowing some extra time, not all facilities with expired representatives have come forward with nominations yet.
To allow the ones that have to continue in fashion we'll do a round of votes now. Thanks to everyone for the good turnout every time so far!

Our second candidate is not a facility representative, but has been nominated by members of the committee.
