[NeXus-committee] New NeXus Paper Draft V3

Hi,

find attached a draft for a new paper on NeXus  intended for publication in Reviews of Scientific 
Instrumentation. A proper way of referencing NeXus was lacking and the last paper from 2005 is 
quite old and does not reflect the current state anymore. The draft has been circulated through the 
tech-committee for a few iterations; this is why it is already a V3. 

As all of you are listed as coauthors, please read and comment. 

For the more adventurous among you who wish to edit the paper:
 the latex sources for the paper are in the nexus_definition repository in the csipaper directory.
