[NeXus-committee] agenda for code camp: decision making or implementing?

Right now, the proposed agenda at

contains few or no coding tasks, but lots of
discussion topics.

Is this the normal way it works?
Am I just misled by the name "Code Camp"?
After all, we won't camp (especially not in December in Chikago),
so why should we code?
