[NeXus-committee] HDF5 Thumbnails

Hi Everybody,
    There has been some progress on my project to provide thumbnail 
previews for HDF5 files. PSI has agreed to fund an offer from Semafor AG 
to write the thumbnailer plugins for Gnome, KDE and Window 7, 8 and 10 
(MacOS is not forgotten, it will just come a bit later). Once the code 
is written, I will make everything available for testing and inspection 
of the code (in case you want to add/change some details).
