[NeXus-committee] NIAC 2018 Minutes

Hi,

Since Mark (rightly) put the minutes on the webpage, they are tracked.
We've never formally approved minutes (not saying that is a bad idea).
But keeping the 2018 minutes separate from all others seems unintuitive.
