Dear NIAC,

Unfortunately, the European XFEL could not organise the NOBUGS conference with the attached NIAC meeting in October this year. In the other hand, we are committed to the application of NEXUS for our data files, and have started to work closely with the Nexus community. Please find attached our request for joining the NIAC.
