[NeXus-committee] NIAC2020 schedule

Hi Everyone,

   Freddie and I have set up a schedule for the sessions using Google Sheets and a Github Project:

Note that there are two types of sessions. Those highlighted on the spreadsheet in green are the major sessions where we hope to have full attendance, while those highlighted in yellow cannot be reasonably attended by everyone and should be used for break-out discussions.
