Hi Ben,
I’ve got a few spare hours tomorrow. But I don’t think that is a way to achieve a quorum in a committee meeting.
There is now no real time for me to prepare on anything you will be discussing and no opportunity to make any proposals.
And this is not about me, but also about anyone else on the committee who didn’t check the website or attend a telco recently.
Having a code camp is obviously fine.

Sorry, that wasn't intentional. We did also publish info on https://www.nexusformat.org/NIAC2020.html, but I agree that we failed to announce the info on the email lists until just recently. I apologise for that.
Will you be able to attend any of the sessions today and tomorrow?

Hi Ben,
That was sent out Saturday. Was there a warning on the mailing list that this would happen? I can’t find one in the archives.
Excluding those that cannot make it to the telcos is an interesting move.

Note that there are two types of sessions. Those highlighted on the spreadsheet in green are the major sessions where we hope to have full attendance, while those highlighted in yellow cannot be reasonably attended by everyone and should be used for break-out discussions.
