[NeXus-committee] 2021 NeXus Code Camp

Hi Everyone!

   At the December Telco<https://www.nexusformat.org/Telco_20201208.html>, we discussed holding another Code Camp before the end of April 2021. The format of the 2020-2 Code Camp centered around Github and a series of zoom meetings - this worked quite well and we would follow something similar (details to be discussed at the January Telco). I would like to encourage people (especially new NIAC members) to use this Code Camp to collaborate on developing ideas towards proposals for a future NIAC meeting.

The precis<https://doodle.com/poll/b2f8qbpu6sedeccm>e date(s) and format will be chosen at the January Telco - those not able to attend the Telco can provide input via the email list.

Ideas and suggestions for Code Camp topics/actions can be brought up at the January Telco, or described in a new Github issue (in the NIAC repo).
