[NeXus-committee] vote results and our next NIAC

Hi Everyone,

   The NIAC memberships of Luca Gelisio, Sandor Brockhauser and Takahiro Matsumoto have all been accepted. The vote about holding a virtual NIAC early next year received strong support and no opposition, so I suggest that people start preparing by writing proposals they want considered on github and tagging issues that need a NIAC vote. While there are efforts to organise a NOBUGS meeting in late 2022, the ability to meet in-person will obviously be dependent on COVID restrictions and Omicron is clearly saying that the pandemic is not over.
