[NeXus-committee] NeXus April Telco

Hi Everyone!

   The next telco will be held on April 26th at 14:00 UTC (web page<https://www.nexusformat.org/Telco_20220426.html>). Since the NFDI workshop demonstrated significant interest in container file formats other than HDF5 and XML (e.g. ADIOS<https://csmd.ornl.gov/software/adios2>, Zarr<https://zarr.readthedocs.io/en/stable/>), I have invited Alexander Debus and Franz Pöschel to join our discussion on support of container file formats. I think that now is a good time to consider what should be our core definition of how NeXus is expressed in each container file format. Some options include:

  *   English description in manual (i.e. current implementation).
  *   Functional code (e.g. validator, reader, writer).
  *   XML declarations.
  *   Example files (maybe make an NXexample application definition for this purpose).
