[NeXus-committee] MAX IV representation in NAIC

Dear Zdenek,

You need to nomination letter from and signed by your institute director for a MAX IV representative in the NIAC. When I receive it (e.g. in an email), the NIAC will vote if we accept the nomination and if yes, a membership for 3 years is granted.
