[NeXus-committee] NOBUGS registration is open

Hi Everyone,

The NOBUGS registration is open

I noticed that remote participants have a small fee to pay as well.

For those who only want to participate to the NIAC code camp _remotely_ 
that doesn't seem right. I'll check with the organizers whether 
registration with NOBUGS is really necessary. I'm guessing we should be 
able to just create an open Zoom meeting so non-participants can 
connect.
