[NeXus-committee] NIAC: two online votes

[Aaron Brewster]

Welp, these are supposed to close tomorrow but neither have quorum.  Due to
the holidays I'm inclined to extend the deadline.  Any objections?  Say Jan
7th?  That's an extra 2 weeks and gets us through the new year.
