[NeXus-committee] Upcoming votes

Hi all, as discussed in the telco, these PRs are scheduled for a vote
starting on Thursday.  We are delaying the votes a bit to allow a few final
changes and any more comments before they go up for vote.  So take a look!

   - Fairmat 2024: use NXcoordinate_system together with NXtransformations
   #1415 <https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/pull/1415>
   - Fairmat 2024: proposal on optical spectroscopy #1425
   <https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/pull/1425>.
   - Fairmat 2024: proposal on photoemission spectroscopy (MPES) #1424
   <https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/pull/1424>. Also, @Chang,
   Peter (DLSLtd,RAL,LSCI) <Peter.Chang at diamond.ac.uk> could you review
   your comments and see if they can be resolved?

Note the second 2 PRS (#1425 and #1424) have dependencies on #1415.  It is
assumed that if #1415 doesn't pass, then they will be held up, even if they
do pass.

Also note that #1410 <https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/pull/1410>
was closed, but if a replacement is available that follows this
recommendation

it could still be voted on starting Thursday.
