[NeXus-committee] Reminder about voting

Hi folks, we had two votes fail over the last month due to lack of quorum.
I'd like to remind everyone that the NIAC only works with your
participation!  Every online vote needs 14 votes because we have 21 members
and need 2/3rds of the membership to review each proposal.  So please watch
for calls for votes, review the material, and get out the vote!

Sandor and I often send reminder emails but we are as busy as the rest of
you so we don't always remember.  If it's your proposal, feel free to chase
down members as well!

Thanks for your participation.  NeXus is a highly valued part of the
scientific community, so let's keep it running smoothly :)
