[NeXus-committee] Updates on NIAC 2026

Hi folks!  I'm excited about NIAC 2026, and I hope you are too!  We have 11
submitted abstracts which is more than we originally budgeted time for, but
I've read through them and I'm inclined to accept them all.  The schedule
I'm thinking of looks like this:

   - Day 1 (Sept 25): 3 public sessions (2 hours each), 4 talks per session
   (20 min each), with 40 min of discussion
   - Days 2 and 3 (Sept 26-27): 3 NIAC sessions per day, like normal.
