[NeXus-committee] NIAC 2026 updates and Telco agenda

Hi all!  Just wanted folks to know we have 8 confirmed talks for our public
sessions (Sept 25th) and are waiting on confirmations for 6 more.  Sandor
and I are prepping a schedule and Fabio has been helping with coordination
with NOBUGS.  I hope we have a great turnout in Hamburg in late September!
I think this NIAC will feel pretty different due to this public session.

Our next telco is July 22nd, 15:00 UTC.  If you want to influence/steer the
main NIAC meeting portion (Sept 26th-27th), please plan on attending!  As
it is, we have two staffed subgroups working on our NIAC 2026 agenda by
reviewing pull requests and contributed definitions.

Subcommittees: It's early in the process, but it would be great to hear from
you at our Telco if you have anything to report :)
