[NeXus-committee] Issues and PRs for September's Code Camp

Hi everyone,

I've just checked the permissions on GitHub.

The "NIAC 2026" project currently has Visibility "Private".  This means 
that all members of the "nexusformat" organisation (currently 40 people) 
can view the project, with "Write" privileges; i.e., read-write access.

The "nexusformat" organisation Owners (currently 12 people) are admins 
of the project.  I'm not one of the "nexusformat" organisation Owners, 
but there is an exception to grant me Admin role.

Herbert, you appear to be a member (but not an owner) of the 
"nexusformat" organisation.  You should be able to see the "NIAC 2026" 
project.

Mark, I see that you're not currently a member of the "nexusformat" 
organisation.  Therefore, your lack of access to the "NIAC 2026" project 
makes sense (i.e., is consistent with my understanding of the current 
permission configuration).

GitHub provides the possibility to "Invite collaborators".  I tried to 
invite you (Mark) to join the "NIAC 2026" project using this feature; 
however, the web interface provided no feedback on whether this was 
successful or failed: the green "Invite" button appeared to do nothing.
