[NeXus-committee] Final NIAC 2026 details (Sept 25th-27th)

Hi folks, getting close!  I've updated our webpage with the time zones, the
Zoom link for remote attendees, and the program schedule for the public
sessions on the 25th:

Take a look and let me know if you have questions or changes.  *Don't
forget to invite your NeXus communities to the public session!*  Also,
registration is closed for onsite attendance, but if you haven't registered
for onsite attendence, send an email to the organizers.  I expect it can be
arranged.

In the meantime, we had our code camp this week and our two sub-committees
on contributed definitions and pull requests have been hard at work.  This
is the list of pull requests to review before the meeting that we know for
sure we want to get to a vote during our full-day sessions on the 26th and
27th:
