<p> The next Telco is aimed for the second half of October. Please help to <a href="https://strawpoll.com/polls/NMnQBOYjdg6" class="OWAAutoLink">
choose the date by responding to the poll</a> by October 10th. Note that some of us will switch away from Summer time during this period so please be careful with interpreting UTC15:00 in your local time to avoid scheduling surprises.</p>

<p>In other news, we still have some cleaning up to do for the NIAC minutes, but I already added a
