 (In [189]) All enumerations handled now and generate valid XSD.
 Have not yet tested any of the XSD against example NeXus data files.
 Still need to change to using nxdl.xsd which will involve changing the
 namespace for the  NXDL to match this XSLT or vice versa.  Also, this will
 change the "extends" attribute of all base_classes NXDL.
 Still need to add NeXus license text to NXDL files.
