 (In [311]) Refs #55: separated NXDL data and attribute types; all XSDs
 validate now; need to consider how NXobject is referenced from classes in
 the applications and contributed_definitions directories; DocBook builds
 correctly; namespace prefixes expanded for clarity to nxdl: and nxsd:
