Update to NAPI developer pages

I've just updated the NAPI developer pages, adding in one about the CVS
repository at:

http://sutekh.nd.rl.ac.uk/NeXus/cvs.html

I changed the remote access method to the repository on Friday to use a
"cvs pserver" rather than "rsh" as Mark was getting connection timeout
problems - details of the new connection method are on the above WWW
page
