I've changed my &Quot; to " - i got it slightly wrong, 
but my browser didn't notice! 

The password you need to give to CVS is:

NeXusNAPI

I've have a look at the mailing list situation - we certainly have a sort of
one set up on VMS, but i don't believe it gives HTML access to
the archive.
