NeXus compression

I wanted to get an update on people's experience with data compression.
Obviously, both Mark and I have checked that it works for our systems.  If
the answer to any of the following two questions is yes, please send an
email as soon as possible.

1) Have you tested it already and encountered any problems?

2) Do you intend to carry out any tests in the next couple of days?

If nobody answers yes to these questions within a day or so, I think we
should simply tag the current version as 1.3.0, officially release it, and
get the rest of the NeXus users to test it.

I've already updated the web pages with all the changes, but I haven't
uploaded them to the two web sites yet.
